Q: Hello everyone, I am Vaishali from Bhopal and born on 6th July 1994 at 3:23 PM. I sat quietly last night and paid attention to my chest. In minutes, I felt a bizarre heat coursing through my body, and I began weeping tears down my face. I wasn't crying, but something inside me cracked open. Q: I took an online chakra meditation course recently, and in one of the classes, the teacher taught us to "spin our chakras clockwise." I tried to visualize it, picturing spinning wheels of color within my body, but it felt clumsy and artificial. I didn't know whether I was even doing it correctly or if I was simply fantasizing it. I would like to learn how to spin my chakras during meditation in a way that feels natural and works. Is there some skill or feeling I am looking for, or does it happen spontaneously??
