Am I going to be bedridden for the rest of my life because my anxiety is too heavy to leave?
Name: Rhea, Date of birth: 12 June 2001, Place of birth: Bangalore, Time: 9:30 AM. There are days when I wake up and think that I am burdened with a mountain of invisible weight. I don't want to talk, eat, or even leave. It is not depression per se it's this crippling anxiety that makes everything unsafe and tiresome. I've missed milestones, missed school, and even shunned people I care about because I couldn't roll out of bed.I sit here constantly wondering if this is my existence now. Will I be lying in bed forever because my anxiety weighs too much to move? I want to hope that I can end this pattern, but I have no idea where to begin when standing up is apparently too much for me.

4 months agoNamaste, Rhea, This "invisible weight" is the heavy hand of Saturn (Shani). It feels like you are paralyzed because Shani is the planet of "inertia" when negative. The Astrological Reason: You are experiencing a state where your "Mars" (action) is completely suppressed by "Saturn" (restriction). This isn't laziness; it's an energetic blockade. The Remedy: Start by moving just your fingers and toes. Pray to Lord Hanuman, who is the only one who can control Shani. Holistic Solution: "Non-Zero Days." Your only goal today is to sit up for 1 minute. That’s it. Success builds momentum.
