Am I having anxiety disorder?

Hello, my name is Srijita, from Kolkata born on 10th October 2000 (3:44pm) and I always have some strange symptoms when I am outside - I feel like I am going to break down and I feel like scratching myself when things get overwhelming. Does my horoscope show a tendency for such panic attacks?

What indicates such reactions : we usually determine where the Moon is placed which can cause sudden fear, overthinking or panic! there might be a hint of mercury-moon imbalance - when they are not in harmony, racing thoughts and emotions become hard to manage. Our 6th house, or 8th house clarifies health and hidden fears. If malefic planets like Rahu, Ketu, Saturn influences these; it triggers sudden fear, nervous energy, or even self harming urges, negative perceptions, or feeling of not being in control in unfamiliar places.
