As a beginner pranic healer, what chakras are safe for me to cleanse and charge daily without triggering anxiety?
Name: Neeraj Date of birth: 3 May 1990 Place of birth: Chandigarh Time: 6:50 AM I've just begun studying pranic healing and am looking forward to establishing a daily practice. But I also have anxiety and emotional sensitivity. I've heard that using some of the chakras too much in a day could overstimulate or unbalance them. As a novice pranic healer, which chakras can I safely clear and charge on a daily basis without causing anxiety? I want to create a good and supportive routine.

Chakras that are generally safe to cleanse and gently energize every day: ● Basic (root) chakra – helps with grounding, safety, and emotional stability ● Solar plexus – only light cleansing, not heavy energizing, to release stress ● Heart chakra – gentle cleansing only, no intense charging ● Hand chakras – very safe to cleanse and activate daily Chakras you should avoid overworking daily in the beginning: ● Ajna (third eye) ● Crown chakra Simple daily routine: – Start with slow pranic breathing – Cleanse the basic chakra first – Lightly cleanse heart and solar plexus – Activate hand chakras – End by grounding (feet awareness or washing hands) If you feel heaviness, restlessness, or emotional overload, stop and ground. Pranic healing works best when done softly and consistently, not intensely.
