Can I cleanse my chakras just by meditating?
Namaste, I am Nandita from Kochi. I was born on 12th December 1985 at 5:45 PM. People describe chakra cleansing like it's some kind of a spiritual detox. But I have no idea what goes on in the process. Is it simply meditation and breathing, or is something more profound occurring? What really changes within you when you practice chakra cleansing?

4 months agoNamaste, Nandita. Born on 12th December 1985 in Kochi, you have reached a stage in life where you are ready for a "Total System Reset." Aura and chakra cleansing is far more than just "breathing and imagining." It is a biological and psychological re-programming of your subconscious mind. ● The Profound Shift: Each of your chakras acts as a "hard drive" that stores specific types of memories. For example, your Root chakra stores fears about money and safety; your Heart chakra stores memories of love and rejection. When you "cleanse," you are using the vibration of your breath and specific sounds to "shake loose" the heavy, stagnant energy of these memories. ● The Result: You don't just feel "relaxed"; you literally lose the "emotional hook" that old events had on you. You stop being reactive. You will notice that people who used to annoy you no longer have that power. Your "Aura" becomes bright and dense, which acts as a natural magnet for positive opportunities. It is a "detox" because you are purging the emotional waste that has been slowing down your spiritual metabolism.
