Can I practice all the chakras in 1 or 2 hours a day?
I have a tight schedule and can only devote about 1 to 2 hours daily for spiritual practice. I prefer to work on all seven chakras, but I don't know if that is feasible. Can I practice every chakra in 1 or 2 hours a day? Do I need to share the time among chakras or switch focus each day? I want to create a sustainable practice without rushing through the process.

4 months agoGreetings, Manish! Born in Ahmedabad at 6:30 AM, you have a tight schedule but a strong desire for a full 7 chakras practice. The Problem: Can you effectively work on all seven chakras in a 1-2 hour daily window without "rushing" the process? The Solution: Yes, 1-2 hours is actually the "Ideal" timeframe for a professional practitioner. You don't need to "split" the chakras into different days; it is better to "Sweep the Whole Path" daily. The "Power Hour" Routine: ● 15 mins: Physical Yoga (Sun Salutations) to open the channels. ● 30 mins: Chakra opening guided meditation moving from Root to Crown (approx. 4 mins per chakra). ● 15 mins: Morning third eye meditation or guided third eye chakra meditation to sharpen focus. Working on the whole system ensures no center becomes "Overactive" at the expense of others. Remedy: Since you were born at 6:30 AM, you are a "Dawn Soul." Your guided meditation to open third eye chakra will be 10x more effective if done before you check your emails. Use Clear Quartz to help condense the energy so that 1 hour of practice feels like 3 hours of healing.
