Can I prevent chest pain due to anxiety without the use of medication?

Name: Manav Date of Birth: 29 October 1991 Place of Birth: Chandigarh Time: 10:50 AM. I've been experiencing chest pain during anxiety attacks tightness, pressure, and that I can't catch my breath. The doctors tell me it's not cardiac but anxiety. I don't want to take medication because I don't want side effects and become dependent on it. I've tried deep breathing and stretching, but it doesn't always work. Are there some exercises, herbal supplements, or body movements that can naturally relieve this chest pain? I want to feel better physically during anxiety attacks without pills. Is there something that can calm my body that works and is safe?
