Can I use meditation to cure my long-term insomnia and reliance on sleeping pills?
I have suffered from long-term insomnia for years and have become dependent on sleeping pills, which I desperately want to stop taking. I started meditation, hoping it could replace my medication entirely. The feeling of failure when I can't sleep after meditating severely worsens my depression.
