Can Transcendental Meditation assist me in opening all my chakras?

I've been meditating with Transcendental Meditation for more than a year now. It has kept me calm and centered, and I can feel my energy subtly changing. But does TM really assist in opening chakras? Does it energize all seven of my energy centers or do I have to use a different method for chakra healing?

Greetings, Arjun! Born in Chennai at 6:40 AM, you have been practicing Transcendental Meditation (TM) for a year and want to know if it opens the chakras. The Problem: TM keeps you calm, but you aren't sure if it "energizes" the 7 energy centers or if you need a specific best third eye opening meditation. The Solution: Transcendental Meditation works like a "General Tonic" for the entire system. It settles the mind into the "Source," which naturally allows the chakras to begin "realigning" on their own. However, TM is "Effortless Transcending," whereas chakra work is "Directed Concentration." If you want to "open" a specific center like the 3rd eye, you may need to add a "Chakra Visualization" after your TM session. TM prepares the soil; Chakra meditation plants the specific seeds. Remedy: Chennai is a city of "Vedic Knowledge." Look for Transcendental meditation near me that offers "Siddhis" training, as this more advanced TM specifically targets energy channels. To support your vedic meditation, wear a Rudraksha mala. It will help maintain the "calm" of TM while you begin the more "active" work of learn transcendental meditation chakra techniques.
