Can anyone tell me the best routine to balance my chakras regularly?

Hello. My name is Deepak, born in Andheri on 25th August, 1995, 6:26 AM) I've learned a lot about chakra balancing and would like to incorporate it into my life. But I'm lost. Do I do it daily, weekly, or just when I'm not feeling myself? What is the best and simplest routine for maintaining balanced chakras?

Here's a simple routine : How often? Daily (5 to 10 minutes): light maintenance Weekly half an hour for deeper balance Best simple daily routine Grounding routine (2 min) Sit comfortably and breathe slow, by focusing on root chakra. Breathe calmly Visualize each chakra glowing with golden bright light Close (1 min) Sit quietly. Notice calm and alignment. Weekly deeper practice (optional) Longer meditation (20–30 min) Writing down on emotional feelings and doing light yoga Nature time (very good for root chakra balance) When to do extra chakra work Anxiety → focus on root & solar plexus Emotional heaviness → heart chakra Mental fog → third eye Feeling disconnected → crown Important truth Balanced chakras show up more as: Emotional steadiness Better sleep Clearer decisions Feeling grounded and centered, not dramatic sensations every time.
