Can astrology guidance give me the answer to my bipolar disorder issue?

This is Kritika Nair, born on 14th April 1994 at 9:00 AM in Kochi. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder and it hit me hard. I’ve always felt emotionally extreme — from feeling euphoric to completely numb. Does my Moon or Saturn have something to do with this?
