Can chakra meditation help reduce my stress levels?
Hi, I’m Alok, I recently learned that breathing plays a key role in chakra meditation. I recently realised that my stress levels are increasing and I got suggested to calm it down. How exactly do these breathing techniques work, and how can I apply them in a simple way? Any suggestion and guidance will be helpful. How much time should I spend on each chakra? Should I spend more on 7th to heal my depression and trust issues?

a year agoNamaste Alok, yes chakra meditation can really help you lower stress. Start with any simple 7 chakra meditation you connect with. Try doing it in the morning or before sleep. Drink some warm water before starting. You can also play soft Om sound or nature music to help you relax. Repeat affirmation 21 times after the meditation '' I am happy and satisfied with my life ''. If you are feeling uncomfortable in the beginning you can also go to an expert for 1 or 2 sessions. In a chakra healing session the person will make you sit or lie down. Then he/she might involve you into guided meditation. . You do not need to do anything special before the session. Just wear comfortable clothes and keep an open mind.[ without judging and thinking what it is exactly ]. choose the person who has good experience and whom you trust - Other remedies which you can do for chakra healing - 1. Sit in sunlight for 10 minutes daily 2. Drink Tulsi herbal tea 3. Wear 7 chakra bracelet
