Can guided meditation regulate emotions per my astrology chart?

There are times when my feelings seem to be too strong - even small things can become difficult to handle. I really want to understand my feelings better, but I am not able to do it. Recently, I’ve started practicing guided meditation, and I’ve noticed it brings a sense of calm and clarity, although it is just for a short time. I want to know if my astrology chart shows that guided meditation could be a strong support for me to regulate my emotions without being overwhelmed. Could this practice help me find lasting emotional stability and inner peace?
