Can meditating regularly help me recover my panic attacks?
Hi, I’m Aniket, born in Jaipur on 22nd January 1989 at 11:00 AM. I’m not sure if I should focus on one chakra at a time or do regular meditation. Which approach is better for healing from panic attacks? Does chakra healing incorrectly have negative effects on me if I develop more anxiety problems?

8 months agoHello Aniket, Yes meditating regularly can help you recover from panic attacks. Panic attacks happen when your energy is restless and unbalanced. Meditation brings your mind and body into calm.You can work on all chakras together through simple breathing and visualization. It is safe and will not harm you. Start small. Even five to ten minutes daily is good. Sit in a quiet place. You can use any 7 chakra guided meditation. Here is one very effective meditation you can try at home: 1.Take a bowl or tub of warm water. Sit in a quiet room. 2.Add spoon of rock salt if possible. This helps absorb negative energy. 3.Play a soft cosmic “Om” sound in the background. Keep the volume low. 4. Place your feet in the water. Close your eyes. 5. Take slow deep breaths. Inhale through your nose. Exhale through your mouth. 6. Imagine all the negativity is going into water and water is turning black. 7. Do this practice for 10 minutes and flush the water after that NOTE - Make sure you do it regularly for 21 days to see results
