Can meditation for anxiety work if I feel like crying or running away every time I try it?
Namaste, I’m Shreya, 25, born 15th February 1998 at 6:10 AM in Delhi. I’ve been trying to meditate for weeks to control my anxiety but every time I sit down, tears come out and my heart beats so fast that I want to run away. It feels like I’m doing something wrong or maybe the timing isn’t right for me. Could you look at my stars and tell me what kind of meditation or practice would truly help me overcome this?
