Can meditation really balance my chakras or do I need something else?
I've been meditating regularly for emotional balance and grounding. Even though I am more centered, I am still having problems with self-esteem and boundaries, especially in relationships. The healer I consulted explained that my chakras could be out of alignment. Can meditation alone realign my chakras, or do I need to practice other things like yoga, sound healing, or energy work? I would like to know how much meditation can fix in balancing my energy system.

4 months agoGreetings, Kavita! Born in Indore at 9:25 AM, you have self-esteem issues and wonder if "Meditation Alone" can realign your chakras. The Problem: You want to know if you need yoga, sound healing, or energy work in addition to your balancing meditation. The Solution: Meditation fixes the "Software." Yoga and Sound Healing fix the "Hardware." If your self-esteem issues (Solar Plexus) are "deeply rooted" in your physical body (posture/nerves), then best chakra balancing meditation might not be enough. You may need "Sound Healing" (using the Vowel sounds: UH, OO, OH, AH, EYE, AY, EE) to physically "Vibrate" the block out of your tissues. 20 minute chakra balancing meditation is great, but adding a 10 minute chakra balance sound session will "Double" your results. Remedy: Indore has a strong "Holkar" history of strength. Use Citrine for your self-esteem. Practice "Mirror Work" during your 7 chakra balancing meditation—look at yourself and say "I am enough." This combines "Mental Meditation" with "Physical Action.”
