Can mental health issues be prevented based on astrology?

Hi, I’m Meher, born in Chandigarh on 30th November 1996 at 2:05 PM. Is there a way to prevent future mental health breakdowns using astrology? Can certain remedies or mantras based on my birth chart actually prevent emotional instability or burnout?
