Can panic attacks and anxiety be overcome without external help?

Name: Karan, Date of birth: 3 May 1998, Place of birth: Hyderabad, Time: 7:50 AM. I've been having panic attacks for a few months now random bursts of fear that just appear out of the blue. I've been holding on to it in here because I do not want to have to depend on anything or anyone in order to be okay. Can you overcome panic attacks and anxiety without having to depend on something external? I want to know if inner strength and one's own willpower can actually reverse this cycle.

Namaste, Karan. Panic attacks are like "Mars explosions" in the mind. While willpower is strong, you must also use planetary wisdom. The Astrological Reason: A sudden burst of fear is usually a Mars-Rahu or Moon-Rahu transit. Your inner strength is there, but your "wiring" is currently overloaded. The Remedy: Drink water from a copper vessel to balance Mars. Avoid spicy and excessively hot food, which increases "Pitta" (aggression/fear). Holistic Solution: Use "Cold Water Shock." Splashing ice-cold water on your face triggers the "Mammalian Dive Reflex," which instantly slows your heart rate.
