Can panic attacks and anxiety disorder occur even in the absence of any previous mental health problems?

Name: Shubham Date of birth: 18 July 1998 Place of birth: Delhi Time: 8:05 AM I've never experienced any kind of mental illness as a child. I was self-assured, confident, and emotionally sound. But in the last year, I've begun getting panic attacks and lingering anxiety. It just happened suddenly, no traumatic event, no huge change in life. Now I live in a different body and mind. Can panic attacks and anxiety disorder occur without any prior mental health conditions? I'd like to know why this change has happened and if it's typical for anxiety to appear like this out of the blue.

Namaste, Shubham, It is jarring to go from confident to anxious. This is often triggered by the Mahadasha (major planetary period) changing—perhaps you have entered a Rahu or Saturn period. The Reason: You aren't a "different person"; you are the same person going through a very different "inner weather." It is typical for anxiety to appear when a person enters a new life stage where subconscious pressures finally surface. The Solution & Remedies: ● Acceptance: Don't fight the "new" you. The more you fight, the more the panic grows. ● Hanuman Chalisa: Reading this can provide immense courage (Bala) to face the sudden "onset" of fear
