Can practicing Transcendental Meditation help me sleep better and feel more rested?
Hi! I'm Tanya. I've been having trouble with sleep lately — I tend to lie awake most of the night and wake up feeling exhausted, even if I go to bed early. I've heard that Transcendental Meditation (TM) can improve the quality of sleep, quiet the mind, and even alleviate stress. I'm really wondering whether, based on my astrology chart, TM would work especially well for me. Would it allow me to sleep more soundly and wake up refreshed and balanced?
