Can self-hypnosis actually help me with my social phobia and extreme shyness?

Name: Manav Date of Birth: 22 February 1994 Place of Birth: Jalandhar Time: 9:05 AM. I've been experimenting with self-hypnosis as a way of overcoming social phobia and shyness. I become extremely nervous before meetings, dates, and even casual conversations. I've tried breathing and affirmations, but they do not always work. I wonder if self-hypnosis can really change the way I react to social interactions. Is it a scientifically proven process or is it placebo? I'd appreciate knowing if I should try it or seek something more structured.

Greetings, Manav. Born in Jalandhar in February, you are an "Aquarian Thinker." The Cause: Self-hypnosis is perfect for you because you have a strong 12th house (the subconscious). It isn't a placebo; it is "Yogic Sleep" (Yoga Nidra). Remedy & Solution:Sleep: Listen to Theta waves or Yoga Nidra recordings before bed. ● Crystal: Place an Amethyst under your pillow. ● Action: "Anchor your Confidence." During hypnosis, press your thumb and forefinger together. In a real meeting, do the same "anchor" to trigger the hypnotic calm.
