Can someone make me understand what happens during a chakra healing session?
I'm hearing all about chakra healing but I have no clue what goes on during a session. Do you simply lie down and meditate? Is there light, sound, or crystals involved in this session? I'd love to see what the process is from beginning to end.

7 months agoGreetings, Seeker! You want to see the "Process" of a chakra healing session from beginning to end. The Problem: You have no clue what goes on—is it just meditation, or are there lights and chakra reiki healing involved? The Solution: Here is a standard "Beginning to End" walk-through of a session with a chakra specialist near me: ● Consultation (10 mins): You discuss your emotional or physical "blockages." ● The Scan (5 mins): You lie down on a table. The healer uses their hands or a pendulum to "feel" which chakras are spinning too fast (overactive) or too slow (blocked). ● The Work (30-40 mins): This is the core. The healer will use yoga for chakra healing-style breathing cues, place crystals on your body, and perform chakra reiki healing (energy transmission). You may hear soft music or singing bowls. ● The Re-Seal (5 mins): The healer "sweeps" your aura to ensure the new energy is sealed in and that there are no "leaks." ● Grounding (5 mins): You are given water or a piece of dark chocolate to bring you back to your physical body. Remedy: Regardless of your chart, the "Process" is about moving from "Noise" to "Signal." If you are a beginner, look for chakra treatment near me that specifically includes "Crystal Therapy"; the physical weight of the stones helps beginners "feel" where their chakras are located, making the meditation much easier to grasp.
