Could guided meditation release emotional heaviness per my chart?
Every so often my heart feels stuffed with past feelings, things I haven’t said, and the heaviness of what I’ve clung to way too long. Even when I try to stay positive, it sometimes feels like there’s a heaviness within that stops me from feeling completely open or at ease. I’ve heard that guided meditation can help release emotional blockages and bring a sense of lightness and warmth back into one’s heart. I am curious to know whether my astrology chart shows that practicing guided meditation could help me let go of that emotional heaviness and feel more open-hearted.
