Could my daily struggles be linked to planetary influences?

Hello Guruji, my name is Arjun Malhotra I was born on 10 th December, 1994, 1.30 PM at Chandigarh. I am nearly always discouraged and de-motivated when I wake up. I am detached and sometimes I cannot understand why I feel so. There is work, studies, everyday, and it seems to be overwhelming, and I tend to go into isolation with people I love. Do these behaviors show any sign of depression according to my natal chart? I want to consult you as to whether planets or karmic patterns are acting, and what I must carry out or do to get back my mind and calm.

Namaste Arjun Ji, Born on December 10, 1994, at 1:30 PM in Chandigarh, you are a Pisces Ascendant. Pisces is the sign of the "Infinite Ocean," but it also makes you prone to "drowning" in your own emotions. Your "discouragement" upon waking is due to a weak Sun or an afflicted 1^{st} House Lord (Jupiter). You are "detached" because you are an "Emotional Empath"—you are absorbing the stress of your studies and work until you "shut down" into isolation. This is a sign of "Tamasic Overload." Your natal chart shows that your "karmic patterns" are forcing you to isolate so that you can "re-process" your life, but without guidance, this isolation is turning into depression. Remedy & Guidance:Jupiter Strengthening: Apply a Tilak of Turmeric or Saffron on your forehead daily. This strengthens your Ascendant Lord and protects you from demotivation. ● Peepal Tree Ritual: Water a Peepal tree every Saturday without touching it. This clears the "Karmic patterns" that are making you feel overwhelmed. ● Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra: Chant this mantra 11 times every morning. It will "re-start" your internal engine and give you the strength to face the day. ● Social Remedy: Don't isolate completely; spend time with elders or spiritual mentors. Their "Jupiterian" energy will neutralize your de-motivation.
