Does following the same guide prevent me from resolving old life patterns?

My name is Ahaan born on 9 th December 1998 at 12 AM and I have become so much reliant on one particular instructed voice and script and I feel confused when I attempt to do anything different. I fear that I am being too repetitive with my wording every day, and am not accomplishing the more significant change in myself. Could it be that this repetitiveness is just strengthening an old behavior, in which I depend on external organization, instead of freeing myself of the patterns which are the source of my anxiety?
