Does meditation help with social anxiety by making me less reactive to others' moods?
I have strong social anxiety because I am hyper-aware of other people's moods, which I then absorb and react to strongly. This makes my relationships exhausting. Can consistent meditation help me maintain my own emotional balance and reduce my reactivity, making me less vulnerable to the moods of others?
