Does my birth chart recommend a specific meditation style for my energy?
In my experience, general breathing exercises only exacerbate my anxiety, and I can only maintain my attention for a maximum of five minutes. My energy is too spread around to be able to sit and do the traditional ways and my pace is too fast to do the traditional methods. My birth date is 17 th February 1995 at 5.53 PM in Delhi and my name is Maya. I require some teaching on whether a more movement-focused practice or visualization is more in line with my basic energy as depicted in my birth chart to make effective focus.
