Does my birth chart show any mental issue or spiritual blocks?

I’m Priyansh Thakur, born 8th February 2000 at 11:50 AM in Chandigarh. I keep feeling emotionally disconnected and sometimes irrationally angry. My doctor called it mental issues, but I want to know if my chart shows deeper reasons or spiritual blocks causing this.
