Even when I meditate daily, I still feel my thoughts racing, is there something I’m missing?

Hello sir, my name is Aarav Mehta, born 28th February 2005 in Mumbai at 7:45 AM. I’ve been practicing meditation for several months to manage anxiety and improve focus, but I often feel restless and tense even after completing a session. My mind wanders constantly, and my body sometimes feels tight, as if it refuses to relax. I’ve tried guided meditations, breathing exercises, and calming music, but none of them give me lasting relief. Could my birth chart indicate why standard meditation techniques aren’t helping me? Is there a method, timing, or style of meditation better suited to my planetary energies that could help me feel grounded and calm?
