How can I balance my chakras without doing any meditation at all?
I've tried to meditate, but I have trouble sitting still and concentrating. I still would like to balance my chakras and feel balanced. Are there alternatives to meditation? Can one use sound healing, yoga, affirmations, or even lifestyle modifications to balance the chakras? I want alternatives that don't involve deep meditative states.
