How can I eliminate my hypochondria when I am afraid to step inside a hospital?

Name: Rituparna Date of Birth: 25 June 1993 Place of Birth: Bhubaneswar Time: 02:15 PM. Namaste, I have extreme health anxiety and hospitals really get to me. Even when I'm just with someone else, I begin to sweat, shake, and get dizzy. The smell, the noises, and the sound of medical devices cause me to freak out. I need to be able to help my loved ones without losing it myself. Can I desensitize myself or handle this response differently?

Namaste, Rituparna. Your reaction is a physical "fight or flight" response to a perceived "house of sickness." The Problem: Born on 25 June 1993, your chart shows a deep empathy. You aren't just afraid; you are "absorbing" the energy of the hospital. This is Nosocomephobia mixed with health anxiety. Your body is trying to "save" you from a place it associates with death and pain. The Solution & Remedies:Scent Association: Wear a very strong, pleasant perfume or essential oil (like lavender) on your wrists. When in a hospital, sniff your wrist to "block" the hospital smell. ● Breathing Control: Practice "Box Breathing" (Inhale 4, Hold 4, Exhale 4, Hold 4) to keep your CO2 levels stable and prevent dizziness. ● Astrological Remedy: Carry a small piece of "Black Tourmaline" in your pocket when visiting medical facilities. It acts as a grounding shield against negative or heavy energies.
