How can I recover from social anxiety and refrain from dreading every interaction I engage in?

Name: Meera, Date of birth: 20 August 2000, Place of birth: Chandigarh, Time: 7:40 AM. I fear social interactions and even simple conversations make me anxious. I practice what I will say, worry about how others will see me, and sometimes avoid them altogether. It's isolating, and I know it's holding me back. How do I heal from social anxiety and not dread each interaction I have? I want to feel confident and connected, not like I'm always performing or hiding.

Namaste, Meera. Social anxiety is often a weak Sun (Surya)—the planet of confidence—being eclipsed by Rahu or Saturn. The Astrological Reason: You feel like you are "performing" because you fear the judgment of the "Saturnian" world. The Remedy: Look at the rising Sun for a few seconds (Sun gazing) and chant "Om Ghrini Suryaya Namaha". This builds your "Atma-Bala" (Soul Power). Holistic Solution: "Micro-steps." Instead of a full conversation, just smile at one person today. Build the "confidence muscle" slowly.
