Namaste, I’m Kunal, 33, born 4th March 1990 at 7:30 PM in Ahmedabad. Lately my job stress and sleeplessness are eating me up. Friends told me to meditate, but whenever I sit quietly my legs shake, my chest feels tight and I get waves of panic instead of relief. I’ve tried different apps and music but nothing seems to help. Could you check my chart and tell me what kind of meditation or spiritual routine would be more suitable for me and actually calm my anxiety?
