How deep my chakra healing sessions should go, and will it clear my anxiety and panic issues?
Hi, I’m Ananya, born in Delhi on 4th March 1991 at 7:15 AM. I’ve just started chakra meditation and feel some subtle changes, but I’m not sure how deep they really are. How do others describe their experiences with this practice? Will it help in clearing my anxiety and panic issues

a year agoHello Aanya, It's great to hear that you have started chakra meditation. Many people feel only small or subtle changes in the beginning. That is completely normal. Healing takes time. The experience of everybody is different in this process, some people feel little warmth, light, heavy, feel like crying etc. That's because everybody's emotions and energy levels are different. Yes chakra meditation can surely help you deal with anxiety but you have to do it regularly and consciously take decisions in your day to day life to protect your energy . For example - avoiding people who drain your energy, controlling anger, think positive then your healing will be much faster. The more regular you are with practice the better results you will see. Sometimes you will feel very high and sometimes low. It is normal. So don't stop or doubt on the days you feel heavy or negative due to any practice.
