How do I awaken my root chakra and sacral chakra and which crystals to use?
Name: Nikhil Date of birth: 25 April 1990 Place of birth: Indore Time: 7:35 AM I'm an entrepreneur experiencing extreme stress and uncertainty. A friend recommended that I work with my root and sacral chakras to ground and balance emotionally. I've never worked with crystals before. How do I get these chakras to awaken, and how do I use grounding crystals that restore creative flow?

10 months agoNamaste, Nikhil. As an entrepreneur, your stress comes from "unstable foundations" (Root) and "blocked vision" (Sacral). The Awakening: Use Smoky Quartz for the Root chakra. It doesn't just ground; it "recycles" stress into usable energy. For the Sacral, use Orange Calcite. The Practice: While sitting at your desk, place the Smoky Quartz under your feet. This creates a "circuit" with the Earth. Hold the Orange Calcite when brainstorming. It removes the "fear of failure" and restores the creative "flow" (Swadhisthana).
