How do I begin chakra meditation without feeling overwhelmed?

Hello, I am Aditya from Ahmedabad, born on 5th July 1994 at 9:10 PM. I have a job in digital marketing, and my head is always filled with campaign deadlines and analytics. I've heard of this chakra meditation thing and want to give it a shot, but I don't know where to start. Do I meditate on each chakra separately? Do I imagine colors or do I chant something? I don't wish to get it wrong. Please explain the chakra meditation process to this novice

Namaste Aditya. Born 5th July 1994, your chart suggests a sharp mind often pulled by Mercury’s speed. Analytics and deadlines can create "wind" in the mind, leading to an overactive Third Eye and a depleted Root. The Analysis: To begin chakra meditation for beginners without feeling overwhelmed, approach it as a system of "Internal Architecture." You do not need to do everything at once. Since your head is filled with "airy" digital data, you must ground yourself first. The Solution: ● Grounding: Start with the Root Chakra (Muladhara). Spend 5 minutes visualizing a deep red glow at the base of your spine. ● Sound: Use chakra sound bowls (specifically the note 'C' or the mantra "LAM"). ● Process: Focus on one chakra per week. Do not rush. Imagine the color vividly and chant the mantra slowly. This "anchors" the campaign deadlines so they don't haunt your sleep.
