How do I cope with anxiety disorder through astrology?

My name is Aisha and I was born on 22 nd August 2000, in Kolkata at 4:45 PM. During the past several months, I have suffered from an anxiety disorder. Even the simplest everyday activities, such as meeting new people, doing the assignments, or awaiting the responses of other friends, leave me overthinking and feeling restless. There are instances of me panicking over things that I am aware of not being very serious. I would also like to know astrologically whether my birth chart may have any planetary influences that may be causing this stress on my mind.
