How do I cope with college life when my anxiety is intolerable?

Name: Rachit Date of Birth: 12 July 2002 Place of Birth: Kolkata Time: 10:10 AM. I've just enrolled in a large college and my anxiety is sky-high. I have a hard time speaking with students, staying away from crowded areas, and fear group assignments. Everybody else copes easily, but I'm drowning. I want to enjoy this part of life, but my anxiety turns everything into a danger. How do I make it through college when even sitting in on lectures or chatting small makes me uncomfortable?

Rachit. As a Cancer born in Kolkata in 2002, you have entered a "Lion’s Den" of social activity that feels overwhelming. College is a 9th House (higher learning) and 11th House (large groups) environment. For a sensitive Cancerian, this is a "sensory overload." Cause: Your "energetic skin" is too thin for the high-density vibrations of a large campus. Remedy & Solution:The "Bubble" Visualization: Before lectures, visualize a blue bubble around your seat. Nothing can enter your bubble without your permission. ● Wear Black/Grey: These colors provide a "Saturnian shield" against the energy of other students. ● Action: "Corner Seats." Always sit at the back or in a corner. Having a wall behind you provides an astrological sense of safety, allowing your "Lunar" mind to focus on the lecture
