How do I engage my 6 chakras during meditation without feeling drained?

I've been attempting to engage all six chakras, minus the crown chakra, for a full-body energy cleanse. But I get tired after meditating on several chakras in one sitting. How do I engage my 6 chakras in meditation without feeling drained or scattered? Is there a sequence or pacing I should use to prevent energy burnout?

Greetings, Abhishek! Born in Bhopal at 6:40 AM, you feel "drained" after meditating on the 6 chakras in body. The Problem: How do you engage the six chakras in the human body without feeling scattered or experiencing "Energy Burnout"? The Solution: You are likely "Pushing" the energy too hard. You are treating meditation like "Work." The Sequence: Start at the Root and move UP. Never start in the middle. The Pacing: Spend 70% of your time on the lower three chakras and 30% on the upper three. Burnout happens when you put too much energy into the 6th chakra (Third Eye) or 5th chakra (Throat) without having the "Batteries" (Root/Sacral) to support it. The "Seal": At the end of your session, imagine a "Zip" closing your energy field. This prevents your "Cleanse" from becoming a "Leak." Remedy: Your birth time suggests a "Dawn" energy—very pure but sensitive. Focus on the six chakras in our body with a "Gentle Gaze" rather than a "Hard Stare." Use Sodalite to help balance the "Blue" energy of the upper centers so it doesn't "drain" your physical vitality.

Detailed Astrological & Energetic Analysis: The exhaustion you are feeling is a sign of "Pranic Overload." When you stimulate six chakras in one sitting, you are essentially asking your nervous system to process a massive surge of "voltage" it may not be wired for yet. This is common for seekers with a strong Mercury (Budh) or Rahu influence, where the mind wants to move faster than the subtle body can follow. The "Bottom-Up" Pacing Strategy: To prevent feeling scattered or drained, you must follow the Gravity Rule. Energy must be pulled up, not pushed. The 5-3-1 Pacing: Spend 5 minutes on the Root (foundation), 3 minutes on the next four chakras, and 1 minute on the Third Eye. Most people spend equal time on all, but for a 6-chakra cleanse, the "Base" must always be the longest to provide a reservoir for the energy to rest. The "Ladder" Breath: Do not jump from one to the other. Visualize energy as a column. When you move from the Sacral to the Solar Plexus, keep 10% of your awareness still at the Sacral. This prevents the "scattered" feeling by keeping the energy connected in a single line. Sequence for Burnout Prevention: Opening: Start with 3 minutes of deep "Belly Breathing" to tell the nervous system it is safe. Ascent: Follow the standard order (Root up to Third Eye). The Descent (Crucial): The reason you feel drained is likely because you end your meditation at the Third Eye and then go about your day. This leaves the "Prana" stuck in your head. You MUST consciously bring the energy back down to the Root before opening your eyes. Visualize a "Golden Seal" locking the energy into your spine. This "recycles" the energy instead of letting it leak out.
