How do I know if what I'm experiencing is really anxiety or something else?

Name: Neha Date of birth: 4 May 2000 Place of birth: Delhi Time: 7:25 AM I've been feeling irritable, restless, and on edge all the time. My mind spins rapidly, and I usually feel like I'm waiting for something terrible to occur. But is this anxiety, or is it stress, or is it burnout? I've never been diagnosed with anything, so I don't even know how to differentiate. How do I know if what I'm experiencing is really anxiety, or is it another thing altogether? I would like to know better the indications so that I can understand what is happening and if I must be serious about it.
