How do I know if what I’m feeling is just stress or actually severe anxiety?

Hello sir, my name is Aarav, born in Mumbai on 28th February 2005 at 7:45 AM. For the last year or so, I’ve noticed that I get restless, my heart races, and I can’t sleep properly whenever I have even small problems. Sometimes it feels like normal stress, but other times it feels extreme and I can’t focus at all. Could you please tell me what the symptoms of anxiety usually are, and when it is considered severe anxiety?
