How do I overcome worrying about leaving things behind at home?

Name: Arjun Date of Birth: 30 June 1991 Place of Birth: Surat Time: 10:15 AM. I worry every time I go out of the house about having left something behind. I double-check everything, but after securing the door, I still feel uncertain. Occasionally I return just to be sure, thereby causing me to be late and irritable. I know it is irrational, but the constant fear of something going awry at home continues to haunt me. Is there a solution to get away from this type of obsessive anxiety and trust myself better?

Greetings, Arjun. This is a classic Mercury-Saturn loop. Your "Double-checking" is your Mercury’s attempt to be "Perfect" to avoid a "Saturnine" disaster. You don't trust your Mercury (memory), so you use Saturn (repetition) to compensate. This is a form of OCD-related anxiety. The Cause: A "Weak Sun"—you don't trust your own "Atma" (Soul) to have done the task correctly. Remedy & Solution:The "Finality" Ritual: When you lock the door, say out loud: "The door is locked at 10:15 AM. I have seen it." The Sound anchors the Memory. ● Wear Copper: A copper ring on the ring finger boosts your Sun (Self-Confidence). ● Mantra: Chant "Om Suryaya Namah" to boost your "Inner Authority." Action: "The Photo Trick." If you really struggle, take a photo of the locked door or the switched-off stove. When the anxiety hits, look at the photo once—and only once
