I just relocated out of a shared environment with an emotionally manipulative and narcissistic person. Even though I've moved on, I feel like they're still attached to me, especially in my solar plexus and chest. Meditation and journaling aren't working for me. 

How do I remove the toxic energy left behind by a narcissist whom I shared a living space with? I want to feel myself again without having their emotional mark stuck to me.
