How do I purify the toxic energy left by a narcissist I shared a roof with?
Name: Mohak, Date of birth: 25 November 1993, Place of birth: Ranchi, Time: 7:50 AM. I just relocated out of a shared environment with an emotionally manipulative and narcissistic person. Even though I've moved on, I feel like they're still attached to me, especially in my solar plexus and chest. Meditation and journaling aren't working for me. How do I remove the toxic energy left behind by a narcissist whom I shared a living space with? I want to feel myself again without having their emotional mark stuck to me.

10 months agoNamaste Mohak, Narcissistic individuals leave "hooks" in the Solar Plexus (power center) and Heart. Journaling alone won't work because the attachment is Etheric. The Remedy: ● Fire Purification (Aarti): Fire is the only element that can "burn" off these specific hooks.
