How do I safely and effectively open up my solar plexus chakra?

I've felt powerless and indecisive for months. I have a hard time making decisions and tend to allow others to talk over me. I just read that the solar plexus chakra controls personal power and confidence, and I'm sure mine is clogged. But I don't want to bring on emotional upheaval if I open it up too quickly. How do I safely open my solar plexus chakra in a way that's grounded and works?
