How do I shut down my chakras after meditation if I am not safe?

I'm Anjali, a college student from Noida. Born on 17th July 1994 at 11:11 PM. Yesterday night, I was meditating and trying to open my chakras. Abruptly, I heard a big noise and I woke up feeling vulnerable and nervous. I am not aware of how to close my chakras correctly. How can I close them securely after meditation, particularly when I am in a vulnerable state?

Namaste, Anjali. Born on 17th July 1994, your birth at "11:11 PM" suggests you have very "porous" energetic boundaries. You are a "Psychic Sponge." Your experience of feeling "vulnerable and nervous" after being startled is the result of your Aura being left wide open. In chakra therapy, opening the centers is only half the work; "Closing" and "Sealing" them is the other, more vital half. The Closing Protocol:The Zipper Visualization: After your meditation, imagine a zipper of white or golden light starting at your Root chakra. Mentally zip it up through every chakra, all the way to your Crown. This "seals" the energy inside. ● The Lotus Petal Closing: Imagine each chakra is a flower that has opened its petals during meditation. Now, see them gently closing their petals for the night, protecting the core. ● Physical Anchoring: Rub your palms together until they are hot, place them over your eyes, and then touch the bare floor with your hands. This "grounds" the excess electricity back into the Earth. Never finish a chakra sleep meditation without this intentional "sealing," otherwise you will absorb the chaotic energy of your environment while you sleep.
