How do I truly recognise the signs of anxiety disorder in myself?
Respected sir, my name is Priya, born in Chennai on 17th January 2005 at 6:40 AM. I have been reading online that anxiety disorders are very common mental health conditions, but I still find it difficult to recognise when anxiety turns into a disorder. Could you please explain how to understand the symptoms of an anxiety disorder and recognise the signs? From an astrological perspective, does my birth chart show any planetary influence that makes me more prone to this, and what remedies or guidance would you suggest?

Feeling worried or stressed sometimes is normal but when it's start controlling your whole body like sleep, mood, reactions feeling tired all the time, fast heart beat , panic attack etc. It may be a sign of an anxiety disorder. Looking at your birth chart, I can see that your Moon is affected by saturn . It makes you very responsible but also sensitive. It does not show a strong anxiety disorder but if not managed, then it might happen. You just need to take care of your mental peace. Remedies for you - 1. Try simple breathing practice every day. Just inhale slowly and exhale longer. 2. Write down your thoughts when you feel stressed. 3. Must do yog nidra guided meditation before you sleep 4. Avoid skipping meals an empty stomach can disturb Moon energy. Eat light and fresh food. 5. Avoid activities which can add upto to anxiety, refer to the image.
