How do you clear the mind of depression or anxiety and simply exist?

Name: Tanvi Date of Birth: 19 December 1995 Place of Birth: Bengaluru Time: 08:20 AM. I have been experiencing anxiety and mild depression for some months now. Even when I am with my friends or engaging in an activity I love, my mind is cloudy and in a state of disconnection. I catch myself reflecting in the past or worrying about the future. I wish to learn how to stay in the now and enjoy the moment without thoughts bogging me down. Can the mind be conditioned to stay in the now and avoid slipping into worry?
