How is it that I become nauseous each time my anxiety begins and how do I stop it?
Name: Simran Date of birth: 23 March 2001 Place of birth: Chandigarh Time: 7:15 AM Whenever I feel anxious, I am nauseous to the point of gagging at times or not eating at all. It's more than butterflies in the stomach; it's painful and physical. I've begun avoiding social functions and even work meetings because I'm afraid the nausea will strike. It's shameful and isolating. Why am I nauseous every time my anxiety strikes and how do I prevent it? I want to know this link between my body and my emotions and how the cycle could be stopped.

4 months agoNamaste, Simran. The link between your stomach and your anxiety is deeply rooted in the Solar Plexus (Manipura Chakra), governed by the Sun and Mars. When you feel anxious, your "inner fire" (Agni) becomes imbalanced, leading to nausea. The Reason: Astrologically, your 5th House (stomach and intelligence) might be under the influence of watery planets that are being "boiled" by stress. This makes social interactions feel like a threat to your physical safety. The Solution & Remedies: ● Fennel and Cardamom: Chewing on these after meals helps stabilize the physical Agni and calms the nervous system. ●Gemstone Therapy: Wearing a Pearl (after a proper chart check) can help soothe the digestive-emotional link. ●Mantra: Chant the Gayatri Mantra to strengthen your inner sun and reduce the feeling of shame.
