How long should I wait before going on to the next chakra with healing?

I'm Rakesh from Indore. Born on 27th February 1982 at 4:55 AM. I've begun chakra healing and I'm working on one chakra at a time. But I'm confused. Should I dedicate a day to each chakra or wait until I feel a shift before continuing? Can one balance all chakras within one day, or should one proceed slowly?

Namaste, Rakesh. Born on 27th February 1982 in Indore, you have the "Saturnine" patience required for deep healing. The soul does not follow a calendar. Dedicating a single "day per chakra" is a good structure for a chakra healing retreat, but for your daily home practice, you should wait for the "Shift." The "Shift" Signals:Root: Do not move to the Sacral until you feel a sense of "Unshakeable Safety" in your daily life. ● Heart: Stay here until you notice that you are judging yourself and others less. ● The Timeline: Sometimes a chakra clears in 10 minutes; sometimes it takes 10 months. The rule is: "Ground before you Ascend." If you move to the higher chakras (Throat/Third Eye) while the lower ones are still blocked, you will experience anxiety. Spend time until you feel a "lightness" or a "soft pulsing" in that specific part of your body. That is the chakra’s way of saying, "I am open; you may proceed.”
