How many days should I focus on my root chakra before moving to the sacral?

I've been contemplating my root chakra for grounding and stability. I'm more grounded, less reactive, and peaceful. But I don't know if I've done sufficient work to proceed. I don't want to miss important healing or rush through the process. Is there a default number of days that I should work on the root before initiating sacral chakra meditation? How do I know that it's time to progress upward?

Greetings, Nikhil! Born in Bengaluru at 7:20 AM, you feel grounded and want to know if you have done "Sufficient Work" on your root. The Problem: Is there a "Default Number of Days" before moving to meditation to open sacral chakra? The Solution: The "Default" is 21 Days. This is the time it takes for the "Nervous System" to form a new habit. However, the true sign that it’s time to progress upward is "Stability in Action." * If you find yourself "less reactive" in a stressful situation (like traffic or a difficult boss), your Root is stable. If you feel "Heavy" or "Stagnant," you have stayed too long. Move to the meditation to open sacral chakra once you feel "Safe enough to be Creative." Remedy: As a Bengaluru birth, you are in a "Tech/Growth" environment. Use Red Jasper for 21 days. If your "Finances" or "Home Life" feel "Consistent," move up. Your open all chakras meditation journey is a ladder—don't skip steps, but don't stay on one rung forever.
